ANITA'S GRILL MEXICANO

Anita's Grill Mexicano, is an eating experience that must be enjoyed. Jose and Luis Pria, former owners of the renowned Eduardo de San Angel in Fort Lauderdale have brought their culinary talents to Sample Road in Coral Springs.
Anita's Grill is no longer a secret and has already become a very popular eating place. Diners have discovered the true appeal of this restaurant with its culinary charm, delightfully warm ambience and delicious food.
The décor of Anita's Grill Mexicano represents the influences that characterize Mexico with its cultural mix of both the French and Spanish. The restaurant is very tastefully decorated and perfectly compliments the delicious food from the kitchen. Both Jose and Luis are always present at Anita's and Jose personally greets and seats their clientele with his warm and charismatic charm. Coupled with Luis' masterpieces from the kitchen, their partnership is nothing less than a perfect match.
Jose and Luis are very excited about Anita's. Many of their regular customers from Eduardo de San Angel are delighted that they have opened another fine restaurant and have followed them to their newest location.
The menu consists entirely of the Prias' own creations. (Some of mother Anita's recipes are on the menu as well.) Chef Luis cooks with his feelings and his heart and puts passion into all of his creations. He spends more than eight hours daily preparing his luscious food medley since everything is prepared from scratch and all fish arrives fresh daily.
The signature entrée is the Filete Anita. A pan seared beef tenderloin is filled with stewed Poblano peppers, asadero and Cotija cheese and accented with smoked chipotle chile sauce. The Pato is another favorite. A partially de-boned Long Island duck with duck-morita chile spiced shitake mushroom sauce is roasted very slowly.

Apart from the fundamental entrees, there is an additional special offered daily. For fish lovers the Mojo De Ajo is a perfect choice. A yellowtail fillet is grilled with garlic, red chile and Key Lime spiked with guajillo chile
Luis has recently added another of his mouth-watering creations to the other savory appetizers on the menu. It is a Chorizo sausage and chopped Poblano pepper blend of panela and asadero cheese melted in an iron skillet.
Anita's Grill features an extensive wine list. This comprehensive list has been expanded to include a variety of outstanding wines from California, Chile, Argentina and Spain to the inventory.
The desserts are outstanding and making a decision is a dilemma! The Crème Brulee is absolutely scrumptious….a heavenly combination of custard with mango and covered with a caramel topping. Equally as delicious is the Almond Cookie Basket served with two scoops of tropical flavored sherbets.
Due to their background, knowledge and culinary talent, brothers Jose and Luis have made this restaurant not only a very special place to eat but also an oasis of genuine gourmet cooking.
Few dining experiences can compare to Anita's Grill Mexicano. Both Jose and Luis do everything to insure that their customers will enjoy a pleasant dining experience.
