From the beautiful beaches and upscale beach clubs to its art deco
and historic Inns, Miami is most definitely all it is hyped up to
be. Along with its charm and beauty, Miami is also known for its exciting
nightlife….. Let us begin by exploring and discovering Nikki Beach, located at 1 Ocean Drive in Miami Beach (305-538-1111), presently a component of a universal set of charming and chic hot spots to visit. Nestled in a tropical setting, adjacent to legendary teepees, the restaurant is also a lively nightclub that magically transforms into Indio Loco in the evening. Keep looking and you just may run into some celebrities who are known to frequent here. Crobar, another very popular club is a real party place. Usually filled with wall-to-wall people, Crobar offers three separate rooms of music, an amazing sound system and a magnificent VIP area with more than five bars on the bottom floor and five bars on the top floor. Visit Crobar at 1445 Washington Avenue in the heart of South Beach. (305-531-5027). Jazid Nightclub, 1342 Washington Avenue in Miami Beach, (305-673-9372) with its funky atmosphere, is a Jazz Club and Lounge with seven nights of live music downstairs and DJ's on the top floor in the lounge area where you can hear the best of electronic music. Great ready for the Jazid Brazil Monthly, held on the last Thursday of every month. Prive, located at 136 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach, above the Opium Garden with it's own private entrance, (305-531-5535) is another of Miami's most exclusive venues, where celebrities often can be spotted enjoying the combination of both an upscale lounge and a high-energy club. Prive is only open Thursday through Sunday. You must arrive early since the entrance is usually jam-packed with people wanting to be part of the beautiful Prive crowd. Speaking of the Opium Garden, this Oriental outdoor club is one of Miami's most renowned. It's décor is composed of Buddahs, pagodas and lanterns in lengthy white drapes. Many a celebrity such as Paris Hilton frequents the Opium Garden. Being well dressed is a requirement in order to gain entry. Mansion Nightclub, 1235 Washington Avenue in Miami Beach (305-532-1525) is the former Level Club and is only open Fridays and Saturdays. Expanding over two levels, it is located in what once was a movie theater. The main area is sectioned off into two different parts…. the front part made up of the VIP area and the DJ booth, and the back part which is primarily the dance floor. Mansion is stylishly designed, filled with chandeliers, drapes and red velvet. The motto here is…. "Dress to impress". .
